Choices and Consequences

“Choices and Consequences” follows three young mice—Pony, Poppy, and Poki—whose different families, opportunities, and habits shape the way they approach a school invention contest. One works hard and learns through repeated mistakes, another spends so much time searching for the perfect solution that she delays starting, while the third is used to having plenty of resources and rarely pushes himself. When the contest finally arrives, effort alone does not determine the outcome, and luck plays a part as well. This thoughtful story explores choices, failure, fear of starting, effort, experience, and the unexpected consequences of our decisions.
